Holly Lodge is a large Victorian town house set in its own grounds and enjoys magnificent views over the world heritage city of Bath. It was rescued from semi-dereliction in 1986 by Carrolle Sellick and George Hall and now boasts seven individually designed rooms, some with queen size beds and others with specially built four posters. All the rooms have luxury bathrooms, TV and satellite movies, direct-dial telephones, hot drink facilities and a host of extras.
You can enjoy imaginatively prepared breakfasts in the conservatory breakfast room and relax in the beautiful lounge or the floodlit gazebo in the evenings. Holly Lodge is strictly no smoking. Winner in 1993 of an E.T.B. "England for Excellence" Award, Holly Lodge features in many well-known guide books and enjoys the highest English Tourism Council grading of 5 diamonds. Holly Lodge is conveniently placed for touring a wide range of attractions - Stonehenge, The Cotswolds, Southern Wales, Wells and the Mendip Hills, all within a 40 mile radius of Bath. The centre of Bath, with its magnificent architecture; Roman remains and fine shops, is on the doorstep.
